1. Introduction

Welcome to the OnlyClean website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Upon receiving an invoice from OnlyClean, you automatically agree to all terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must notify us immediately and refuse our services.

3. Payment for Services

All services must be paid in full within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, and other agreed methods.

In case of late payment, a fee of 1.5% of the total amount will be charged for each week of delay.

4. Non-Payment and Consequences

If payment is not made by the due date:

  • OnlyClean reserves the right to file a claim in Small Claims Court of Alberta to recover the debt, including all court costs and interest.

  • The debt may be sent to a collection agency, which will incur additional costs and negatively affect your credit history.

  • Your information may be reported to credit bureaus, affecting your credit reputation.

5. Confirmation of Service Completion

If you do not submit a complaint within 24 hours after the completion of the work, the service is considered properly performed.

If complaints arise, OnlyClean will take all necessary measures to resolve them. If you refuse to accept the proposed solutions, you are obligated to pay the full amount for the services rendered.

6. Access to the Property

You are required to provide access to the property for cleaning at the agreed time.

If access is not provided, you are obligated to pay for all resources and time spent by the company’s employees, as well as 20% of the service cost.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

All changes or cancellations of orders must be agreed upon no later than 24 hours before the work begins.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are obligated to pay the full cost of the service.

If a booking is made with less than 24 hours’ notice (e.g., booking on November 2 for a service on November 3 or the same day), you cannot cancel or reschedule. In this case, the full payment is required.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnlyClean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

In case of direct damage, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Cleaner Safety and Client Conduct

If a cleaner is subjected to any form of intimidation, harassment, or abuse by a client, the cleaner has the right to record audio or video evidence to present to the company.

In such situations, the cleaner has the right to cease work immediately and leave the premises to ensure their safety. This order will be considered completed, and the client will be required to pay in full.

The company reserves the right to take legal action against the client if deemed necessary.

10. Lost or Forgotten Items

If a cleaner forgets any work-related supplies or personal items at the client’s premises, the client is obligated to inform OnlyClean immediately and return the items or supplies as soon as possible.

11. Realistic Expectations and Service Limitations

OnlyClean strives to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, please be aware of the following limitations:

  • Deep Stains and Long-Term Build-Up: Our cleaning services may not remove stains or build-up that have accumulated over time. Some surfaces may require specialized treatments beyond our standard services.

  • Condition of Property: Results depend on the property's initial condition. We cannot guarantee complete restoration, especially for heavily soiled or neglected areas.

  • Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly products, but certain stains, mildew, or deep dirt may require harsher chemicals, which we do not use for health and safety reasons.

  • Non-Restoration Guarantee: We do not guarantee that surfaces will be restored to "like new" condition, especially if they are permanently damaged.

  • Customer Responsibility: Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items. OnlyClean is not liable for damages if items are not properly protected.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and understand that we aim to achieve the best results within reasonable expectations based on the condition of your property.

12. Changes to Terms

OnlyClean reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. No notice will be provided regarding changes, and you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with them. Your continued use of the services will imply agreement with the amended terms.

13. Right to Photograph

OnlyClean cleaners have the right to photograph their work before and after service completion. This is done for quality control and may be used as evidence in case of customer complaints.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. All disputes arising from the use of OnlyClean services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Alberta courts.

15. Service Limitations and Exclusions

OnlyClean strives to provide the best possible service, but there are certain limitations and exclusions in the scope of our cleaning services:

  • Heavy Furniture: Cleaners are not required to move heavy furniture. Cleaning under or behind heavy furniture is not included in the standard service.

  • Hard-to-Reach Areas: We do not clean high or difficult-to-reach areas, such as high ceilings or tall windows, unless otherwise specified.

  • Pest Control: We do not provide pest control or infestation removal services. For pest issues, please contact a licensed pest control provider.

  • Exterior Cleaning: We do not clean the exterior of buildings, including windows, siding, gutters, or outdoor spaces.

  • Wall Cleaning: We do not perform deep wall cleaning or restoration. Surface cleaning of walls is limited.

  • Biological Hazards: We do not handle biological hazards such as mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous waste. For such risks, please contact a specialized professional.

By booking our services, you accept these limitations. OnlyClean reserves the right to refuse service if the property presents safety risks to our staff.
